An investigation initiated by the Forsyth Township Police Department has resulted in the arrest of a Marquette County man in regard to criminal sexual conduct involving several minor aged girls.

44-year-old Brad Olney of Forsyth Township was arrested Monday at his residence without incident. The arrest came as a result of multi-agency investigation involving the Forsyth Police Department, Chocolay Township Police, and the Michigan State Police, with victims having been identified in multiple jurisdictions within Marquette County.

After a review of the case, the Marquette County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged Mr. Olney with three counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Second Degree. The crimes are alleged to have occurred over the course of several years.
